I have been teaching yoga since 2010 and am known for my popular classes in Los Angeles, California.
I found yoga when I needed it. My body, my brain, my whole being needed some help. I walked into my first yoga class and found a focus. It was difficult and challenging and to my surprise, it made me feel better. Over time my body got stronger, more flexible and my ability to focus became sharper.
That's what this yoga practice does. One reason brings you in and a million reasons keep you coming back. As my practice deepened, I found that yoga became a very stabilizing part of my life. I teach to share what I've learned and to continue practicing with you. And all these years later, it still makes me feel better.
